La Chocolaterie Baumanière

Discover a treasure trove of delicacies at the foot of the Oustau de Baumanière, where chef Brandon Dehan, executive pastry chef at the legendary 3-star Michelin Oustau de Baumanière – working alongside head chef Glenn Viel – and supported by owners Jean-André and Geneviève Charial, is taking up the challenge of offering his vision of chocolate through his signature praline creations.

In collaboration with chef-chocolatier Julien Despaquis, they offer gourmet bars and pure origin bars (Cuba, Sao Tomé, Ecuador, Vietnam, etc.), boxes of sweets and seasonal confectionery that will delight the taste buds of chocolate lovers and connoisseurs alike.

There are also some surprising sweets to discover: “Les Cigales”, a subtle combination of chocolate and praline with herbs from our Alpilles garden: basil, thyme, wild fennel, rosemary, lavender and savory.
