L’Oustau de Baumanière

At the foot of the village of Les Baux, the Michelin 3-star gastronomic restaurant run by the Chef Glenn Viel, has existed since 1945.

This Michelin-starred restaurant has made its mark on generations of gourmets and has always attracted royalty, celebrities and gourmets looking for an exceptional gourmet restaurant in Provence.

In 2015 Jean-André Charial, owner of the restaurant and heir of its founder Raymond Thuilier, entrusted the kitchen to the Chef Glenn Viel.

Table of excellence where tradition goes hand in hand with the creativity of the Chef Glenn Viel for a cuisine that goes straight to the essence of things, bringing out the best of the unique flavour of each piece of local produce.

Enjoy the razor clams “feet in the water” razor clams, split red mullet, Costières pigeon, spit-roasted Saint-Pierre, 15-year-old langoustine, as well as Baumanière’s signature dishes, such as leg of suckling lamb and millefeuille.

Not forgetting the legendary vegetable menu featuring produce from the garden.

Closed weekly: Wednesday and Thursday all year round; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in low season
