L’Oustau de Baumanière

At the foot of the village of Les Baux, the Michelin 3-star gastronomic restaurant run by the Chef Glenn Viel, has existed since 1945. This starred Provençale restaurant has marked generations of gourmets and has charmed royalty, celebrities and good-food lovers seeking an exceptional gastronomic restaurant in Provence.

In 2015 Jean-André Charialowner of the restaurant and heir of its founder Raymond Thuilier – entrusted the kitchen to the Chef Glenn Viel. Table of excellence where tradition goes hand in hand with the creativity of the Chef Glenn Viel for a cuisine that goes straight to the essence of things, bringing out the best of the unique flavour of each piece of local produce.

Enjoy the razor clams “les pieds dans l’eau”, the surmullet in farm cream, Costières squab, SaintPierre cooked on a spit, not to mention Baumanière’s signature dishes revisited, such as its leg of suckling lamb, or its millefeuille.

Weekly closure: all year round on Wednesday and Thursday.

Annual closure: from 1st January to 3 March 2023
