Art of living

Taking the time to live well really is an art… and here the art is one of refinement and good food. Meet the people who are passionate about where they live and are happy to share their knowledge and traditions with you.

Gastronomy

The Old City is surrounded by some top-class restaurants that embody the Provençal art of living. Vegetables and herbs freshly picked from the organic kitchen gardens, local produce, olive oil and wine from Les Baux Valley are transformed by the skills of Michelin-starred chefs.

Local Produce

Vineyards and olive groves cover the slopes of the Alpilles. The Appellation Les Baux-de-Provence status denotes flavours shaped by the rock and the sun. The wines are warm and the olive oils are pungent or well-rounded.
