The Tourist Office of Les Baux-de-Provence has been committed to a continuous improvement approach for several years.
Classified in Category 1 and holder of the Qualité Tourisme™ label, it is now engaged in the process of obtaining the Destination d’Excellence label, which replaces the Qualité Tourisme™ label.
The Qualité Tourisme™ label is the only French state label awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and services. To obtain the label, the provider must successfully follow a quality process that complies with the essential requirements for customer satisfaction.
As a guarantee of trust, services are regularly subject to independent and unannounced inspections. This mark of recognition allows you to confidently choose tourism establishments that offer quality services.
A Tourist Office awarded the Qualité Tourisme™ label guarantees:
Created on 1st May 2025, it is intended to replace the “Qualité Tourisme” label. It retains the core principles of the “Qualité Tourisme” scheme, particularly the guarantee of a high standard of welcome and service quality, while strengthening requirements in terms of environmental responsibility and information provided to visitors with disabilities regarding the accessibility of the services offered.
