The Bistrot welcomes you in a simple and chic atmosphere. Summer and winter alike, the Bistrot de l’Aupiho welcomes, cares for and cooks for its guests, whether they are just leaving the 18-hole course or passing through for a simple gourmet lunch.
On the large terrace at the foot of the pine trees or in the cosy room with the atmosphere of a “real bistro”, enjoy simple and friendly market cuisine.
In his central kitchen, the chef prepares dishes for friends, Provençal classics, “green” dishes and daily specials inspired by the morning market.
Under the direction of Lieven van Aken, chef Antonio Oresta selects his products and works on a seasonal menu with the finest produce from the region and from the Domaine’s agroecological farm.
From baba au rhum to Paris-Brest, from millefeuille to Opéra, the pastry chef revisits your childhood memories and offers his pastries to eat in or take away.
