To provide access to our list of available accommodation, with the corresponding ratings.
To circulate our tourist information in printed form. It will be translated into at least two foreign languages and will cover the following:
- Rated holiday accommodation including at least the name, address, email, website address, phone number and rating;
- Historic buildings and cultural tourist venues, beauty spots and leisure amenities, possibly including prices, dates and times of opening to the public, website URL, phone number and address;
- Special events and entertainment;
- Emergency phone numbers.
To update our tourist information on an annual basis.
To display emergency phone numbers outside the office.
To describe the scope of our involvement for all types of clientele.
To comply with the requirements of the “Quality Tourism” system.
To offer tourist information that integrates the new information and communication technologies.
To deal with complaints and measure the extent to which they have been solved.
To provide a holiday adviser.
To guarantee the reliability and relevance of information on our local tourist attractions.
