Handcrafted with the greatest respect for tradition, in one of the oldest confectioneries in France, Le Rocher des Baux, a heart of caramelised almonds coated in chocolate, are available in 4 flavours: dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate flavoured with lemon or orange blossom.

The shop is located in the heart of the village, rue de la Calade, opposite the stairs of the Porte d’Eyguières.
