Since 1877, the Citi family has been perpetuating the traditions and ancestral culture of the olive. Gilles and Laetitia Citi welcome you to the heart of the village of Les Baux-de-Provence, on Place Louis Jou.
Their olive oils come from organic and PDO Vallée des Baux-de-Provence orchards. Discover and taste free of charge their fruity green olive oils, matured in the traditional way, table olives and tapenades….
You’ll also find Provencal decorations and objects made from olive wood.
Gilles invites you on a tasty stroll through his organically farmed orchards, at the foot of the Château des Baux-de-Provence. He’ll explain how olives are grown.

Gilles and Laetitia also offer a farm gîte in Maussane-les Alpilles, in the countryside with swimming pool, terrace and air conditioning.
