When heritage comes to life…
At the crossroads of contemporary creation and the magic of the site, the Château des Baux-de-Provence presents a series of live, open-air performances against the backdrop of the vast Alpilles.
From September to October, the monument comes alive to the rhythm of voices, movement, and light. Theater, storytelling, dance, and performances: every Sunday, a unique experience between sky and stone, designed to surprise, move, and bring people together.
The Château opens its doors to live art in a stunning Indian summer setting. An open, vibrant, and thoroughly contemporary program that reinvents the Château as an open-air stage.
SHIFT takes us into our dreams, navigating between emotions and humorous situations, through our multiple “identities,” constantly shifting from one dimension to another, following a score that adapts to each landscape it crosses.
This performance is based on extensive research collecting nighttime dreams; today, more than 400 stories make up this landscape, where individual dreams are transformed into sensitive narratives and poetic material, opening up the permeability between worlds.
