Cézanne, master of Provence
The Carrières de Lumières’ immersive digital exhibition presents Cézanne’s (1839-1906) masterpieces such as his still lifes of apples, the Card Players and the Large Bathers.
A self-taught painter who produced 900 canvasses and 400 watercolours, Cézanne represents portraits, still lifes, landscapes, historical scenes … and painted multiple versions of the same subjects, ceaselessly experimenting with the possibilities of the pictorial material.

Wassily Kandinsky, the Abstract Odyssey
The Carrières de Lumières present a ten-minute creation based on the works of the prolific and visionary artist Wassily Kandinsky (1866-1944). Painter-poet, art theoretician and founder of abstract art, Kandinsky transformed art history with his many compositions, now exhibited the world over.
