The 5 Continents Jazz Festival offers, alongside artists from the world scene performing in the Cité Phocéenne, a high-level programme in some fifteen towns and villages in the Department.
On the Esplanade of the Château des Baux-de-Provence, French 79 & Benjamin Faugloire will present SOFA, a creation mixing electronic music and jazz piano.
It consecrates the crossing of two approaches: the deep science of harmony and the richness of the acoustic nuances of the piano on the one hand, and the excellence of repetitive constructions and the infinity of digital processing on the other.
A back and forth between two creative poles, a pair of musical language elements.
The result is a wide panorama running from ambient to dance floor and from acoustic to synthetic.
