Louis Jou, architect of the Book and of Les Baux

From June, 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, at 2.00 pm

The Louis Jou Foundation offers you a thematic visit around printing, typography and the history of books.

Discover the workshop of the master typographer, located in the Grand Rue Frédéric Mistral opposite the Museum, and immerse yourself in the life and work of this illustrious artist from Les Baux-de-Provence.

Learn about printing techniques through demonstrations of printing on the historic Stanhope presses, the first all-metal models.

Continue with a visit to the Museum located in the Hôtel de Brion, and discover an exhibition of the most beautiful copies of the travel accounts collected by Louis Jou in the library.
