This delightful hotel and restaurant is a genuine old Provencal farmhouse, partially dug into the rock. Ideally located at the foot of the fortress that is Les Baux de Provence, it is a beautiful house with a panoramic view of the Alpilles, the castle and the valley planted with vines and olive groves, a view of which you could never tire.
The hotel has 16 rooms, 2 of them in the rock and a family suite, all tastefully decorated with a soothing blend of colours and soft lighting. All the rooms are equipped with a bathroom that includes an in-bath shower, air conditioning, LCD television, minibar and strongbox. Most of them have a balcony or patio.
The restaurant is surprising for its layout within the wall of rock, its vast stone fireplace and its gourmet fare. It serves fresh local food from a menu that changes with the seasons and, in summer, you can eat out on the terrace in the shade of the mulberry bushes and plane trees while you enjoy the panoramic view.
Eric Vallette was awarded the title of “Master Restaurateur” in 2009.
The swimming pool in one corner of the garden is heated from April to October. From the garden, it takes just 5 minutes to walk to the village.

Our restaurant is open every evening from 1st May to 30th September. Closed Wednesday evenings from 19th March to 1st May and 1st October to 15th November. Lunch served in summer.
