In the very heart of the Alpilles mountains, in a magnificent garden among the jagged rocks of Les-Baux-de-Provence, the hotel-resatuarant La Cabro d'Or is a Provençal country house that feels like home. Geneviève and Jean-André Charial have conceived it as a place of unspoiled, natural harmony and simple happiness.
The luminous rooms, tastefully decorated in contemporary style, open onto private terraces or onto the magic charm of the gardens.
Michel Hulin, the young chef of la Cabro d'Or, takes his inspiration from the fresh produce of the organic kitchen garden and the virgin olive oil of the Baux Valley. The surprising, creative freshness of his cuisine is complemented by the warm and elegant atmosphere of the dining room of this gastronomic restaurant. Five acres for leisurely walks, a large swimming pool where you can order a poolside summer lunch, two tennis courts and a Spa... La Cabro d'Or was made for happiness and has a holiday atmosphere, even when the holiday takes the form of a seminar.
