    The visitor travels along this themed journey through the various stages of the life of Van Gogh, of his stays in Arles, Paris and Saint-Rémy, right to the heart of his works, from his earliest days through to maturity, with his sunny landscapes and night scenes, his portraits and still lifes.

    Thanks to its colours and its light, Provence profoundly marked Vincent van Gogh’s palette. His stay in Arles (1888-1890) marked an episode of extreme productivity.

    Françoise and Dominique Dupuy dancers and choreographers created, in 1962, the first festival in France entirely devoted to dance: "Festival de dance des Baux-de-Provence".
